We're Hiring! Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant

This is an in-office position primarily on invoicing and collections.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing and sending customer invoices.
• Following up professionally on outstanding invoices.
• Keeping accurate notes and account records.
• Communicating with customers regarding invoice or payment questions.
• Assisting with other basic accounting and administrative tasks needed.

The ideal person is organized, comfortable speaking with customers able to follow through without letting things fall through the cracks. Accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and mandatory QuickBooks online experience.
