Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify content opportunities, optimize meta data, and uncover link-building prospects.
• Measure performance by creating detailed reports using Google Data Studio, utilizing insights from Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Develop user testing concepts and recommendations to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with clients during weekly meetings to discuss SEO/CRO strategies and suggest new project ideas.
• Monitor technical aspects of client sites, identifying optimization opportunities and communicating these effectively to clients or development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for SEO and a commitment to delivering great results and enhancing user experiences.
• Proven project ownership with a deep investment in the success of each initiative.
• Proficiency with VLOOKUP and other spreadsheet functions.
• Experience using Screaming Frog as a key SEO tool.
• A natural aptitude for staying current on SEO trends and industry updates.
• Demonstrated CRO experience, with a record of making optimization recommendations and developing user testing scenarios.
• GA4 Certified with advanced competency in Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with experience conveying ideas to various stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills to support content creation and written communications.
• Comfortable building presentations to explain broader SEO strategies.
• A creative problem-solver with resourcefulness when facing challenges.
• Minimum of 3+ Years of SEO and User Testing Experience.
• Preferably a candidate based in or near Phoenix.
• Hands-on working knowledge of key tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Hotjar.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools, like ChatGPT for content strategy and automation.
• Understanding of schema.org structured data, including JSON-LD and rich snippets optimization.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO including Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and overall technical site optimization.
• Experience optimizing for visual search, video SEO, and voice search queries.
• Solid understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T principles and their impact on search visibility.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines.
