SEO/SEM Specialist

Venz Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist

to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies for our clients. As an integral part of our digital marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online presence, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall search engine visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and user engagement.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.
• Perform website audits, identify technical SEO issues, and collaborate with web development teams to implement necessary changes.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Generate regular reports on SEO/SEM performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices, and implement changes accordingly.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience: as an SEO/SEM Specialist, with a successful track record of improving organic search rankings and managing effective paid search campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge: of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices.
• Experience: with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar SEO/SEM tools.
• Strong analytical skills: and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills: and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: in Google Ads and/or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
