We are immediately seeking a Service and Compliance Coordinator, responsible for delivering an exceptional contractor experience while ensuring every contractor meets client, regulatory, and company compliance requirements throughout the employment lifecycle.
This role serves as the operational bridge between Recruiting, Account Management, Operations, Payroll, Back Office, clients, and contractors. From offer acceptance through assignment completion, the Coordinator ensures contractors are supported throughout their assignment, and that payroll, compliance, and assignment records are complete and accurate.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to balance compliance with a positive contractor experience in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Contractor Onboarding & Experience
- Manage the contractor onboarding process from accepted offer through successful first day and ongoing support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors throughout onboarding and employment.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, including I-9 verification, employment forms, tax documents, policy acknowledgements, and paperless onboarding.
- Communicate onboarding requirements, client expectations, start details, and next steps to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Provide timely support to contractor questions related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, timecards, and general employment.
- Compliance & Client Requirements
- Coordinate drug screenings, background checks, employment eligibility verification, and client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Manage badging, security clearances, certifications, and required client documentation.
- Review screening results and escalate exceptions according to company policy.
- Ensure contractor files meet TTG and client compliance requirements prior to start and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Partner with Operations and Back Office to communicate compliance updates, document mapping needs, and changing client requirements.
- Payroll & Assignment Lifecycle Support
- Verify contractor timecards are submitted and approved prior to payroll processing.
- Resolve attendance and payroll exceptions, including Paid Sick Leave (PSL), holiday pay, schedule discrepancies, and other payroll anomalies.
- Contact contractors regarding missing or inaccurate timecards and assist with payroll-related questions.
- Ensure placement records are accurately maintained and closed at the end of assignments.
- Verify all required documentation is complete to support payroll processing, compliance audits, unemployment claims, and assignment closeout.
- Recruiting & Operations Coordination
- Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to coordinate contractor starts, assignment transitions, and workforce updates.
- Provide real-time onboarding status and communicate delays or compliance concerns.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, and Back Office.
- Support hiring events, onboarding initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Contractor Quality Assurance & Customer Service
- Build positive relationships with contractors throughout their assignment to improve engagement and retention.
- Conduct proactive quality assurance calls and follow-up outreach.
- Escalate contractor concerns appropriately to Recruiting, Account Management, or Operations.
- Identify service issues early and partner with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
- Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience that reflects TTG's service standards.
- Administrative & Office Operations
- Answer the company's main phone line and professionally welcome office visitors.
- Maintain organized onboarding files, documentation, and operational records.
- Assist with reporting, office administration, and operational support tasks.
- Participate in daily Blitz meetings and communicate onboarding priorities and updates.
- Support other operational initiatives as assigned (office supplies, travel coordination, etc.)

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting support, HR, workforce operations, customer service, or onboarding
- Experience working with employment documentation and compliance preferred
- Experience administering drug screens or background checks is a plus
