Customer Service/ Office Manager (billingual)

We are a wholesale nursery looking for a dependable, honest individual who is bilingual (English/Spanish), presentable, and able to work from (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) Monday-Friday and (7-11am) Saturday (only when needed). OVERTIME is a definite!

Mandatory Friday staff meetings in South Phoenix 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm (PAID).

• Hours change during the Winter time from 7am-3:30pm*

Duties include customer service, phones, data entry and general office duties. Training will be provided. Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Requirements

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Ability to move at least 25lbs

-Flexible (Ability to move between locations, if needed)

-Communication Skills, Fast learner, Ability to multitask, Basic math skills, Attention to detail

-Great attitude and personality-Good work ethics

-DEPENDABLE Transportation

-Well presentation of personal appearance

-Computer Skills -30wpm
