Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Staff Management

• Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, optimizing patient flow, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Cultivate a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team environment focused on quality care.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Supervise budgeting, billing processes, coding accuracy, and financial reporting to maximize clinic profitability and efficiency.
• Manage office inventory, oversee medical equipment maintenance, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Compliance & Technology

• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulatory standards; implement robust policies to safeguard sensitive patient data.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and efficient clinical workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success supervising and leading administrative and clinical teams in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems and a strong command of medical terminology.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, managed care processes, utilization management, and insurance billing/coding procedures.

Preferred

• EHR Specifics: Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred.
• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a major plus.
