Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator

Location: South Phoenix

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to Human Resources.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely distribution.
• Provide administrative support HR
• Perform accurate data entry for a variety of projects and operational needs.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for office records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing setting.
