Position Summary

The Dispatcher / Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field personnel, managing schedules, communicating operational updates, and ensuring successful execution of auction events across the country.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to quickly adjust priorities when urgent situations arise. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, thinks critically, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field representatives to nationwide auction assignments.
• Schedule employees, travel, and operational resources to meet business needs.
• Manage daily logistics while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with field representatives, customers, and management.
• Monitor schedules and proactively resolve conflicts before they impact operations.
• Quickly pivot and reprioritize when urgent operational issues arise.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams.
• Track assignments and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Support company initiatives while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, scheduling, operations coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with scheduling, CRM, or project management software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional evenings and weekends based on auction schedules and business demands
