Operations & Logistics Coordinator

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering steady weekday hours, hands-on training, and the chance to grow within logistics, inventory, and operations support.

• Schedule*: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay* :$20/hour
• Location*: Phoenix, AZ
• Operations & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities*:
• Create UPS labels, schedule pickups, and assist with daily shipment processing using UPS WorldShip
• Coordinate LTL shipments and help ensure freight details, tracking, and documentation are accurate
• Support inventory projects, including physical counts, tracking updates, and operational follow-up
• Use Excel and internal systems to track shipments, orders, inventory, and daily operations
• Work closely with logistics, inventory, warehouse, and front office teams to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Operations & Logistics Coordinator Requirements*:
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, warehouse operations, or office support preferred
• Comfortable using computers, Excel, UPS WorldShip, and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and document information accurately
• Able to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities in a busy office/operations environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and interested in growing into a long-term logistics or operations role
