Warehouse Manager — Staging, Inventory & Equipment (Coatings + Kitchens and Baths). Small equipment repair.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (warehouse-based with occasional field runs)

StressLess Remodeling delivers kitchen & bath refacing/overlays and premium concrete coatings (Rubber Stone) for garages, patios, and pool decks. We win with clean, on-time installs—and that starts in the warehouse.

The Role

Own the warehouse. You’ll stage projects on pallets, prioritzie control inventory, conduct inventory/cycle counts, and support our daily production needs as needed. We are looking for someone with a high sense of ownership that can help us build scalable systems to improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Project Staging (Daily)

• Pick, kit, and palletize all materials/consumables per job packet (labels, lot #s, color codes, adhesives, fasteners, PPE).
• Stage Rubber Stone kits (granules, binder, topcoat, traction media) and K&B items (sinks/faucets, mosaics, trim, hardware).
• Verify quantities vs. BOM; load trucks/trailers safely; sign hand-offs in CRM.

Equipment & Trailer Care

• Clean and maintain grinders, vacuums, mixers, sprayers, generators, compressors; change filters/bags, check brushes/bearings.
• Fix light machinery and coordinate outside repair when needed; maintain maintenance logs.
• Keep trailers road-ready (tires, lights, brakes, straps, tool organization).

Inventory Ownership

• Run cycle counts, track min/max, and place/receive orders; reconcile packing slips to POs.
• Organize chemicals/consumables by lot and expiration; manage SDS and compliant storage.
• Reduce shrink and dead stock; return unused materials to rack locations same-day.

Shop Cleanliness & Safety

• Lead a 5S program; keep floors, racks, and workstations spotless.
• Enforce PPE, silica dust control, lockout/tagout; maintain spill kits and waste disposal (adhesives/solvents).

Admin & Coordination

• Update inventory in spreadsheet/CRM; attach photos to job files.
• Work closely with Field Manager, Customer Care, and Install Leads to resequence urgent kits.

What You Bring

• 3+ years warehouse/yard, tool-room, or shop-lead experience (construction or coatings preferred).
• Comfortable with power tools (cutoff saws, sanders), basic carpentry/assembly, and light equipment repair.
• Forklift & pallet jack operation; can safely back/spot trailers.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs; work in heat; stand/walk most of the day.
• Basic software: Google Sheets/Excel, barcodes/scanners, photo apps.
• Nice to have: Rubber Stone/coatings exposure, epoxy/polyaspartic familiarity, OSHA-10, bilingual Spanish/English.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.

Schedule

• Mon–Fri, 5:30am - as needed ; occasional Saturdays during peak.
• Primarily at the warehouse; short supply runs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
