Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Contract: Four months with potential for permanent employment

Schedule: Full-time; onsite during training

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Specialist to support a fast-paced professional team in downtown Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer, research, and critical-thinking skills who is interested in building or advancing a career in the legal field.

The position begins as a four-month contract and may convert to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Training will be conducted fully onsite. Once training is successfully completed, employees may be eligible to work remotely one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process legal or administrative information accurately
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities across several technology platforms
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and electronic records
• Research information, identify inconsistencies, and resolve routine issues
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and other stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple programs and systems
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new procedures
• Legal education, coursework, or professional experience is preferred but not required
• Mid-level legal administrative experience is beneficial

Virtual interviews will be conducted. This role offers structured training, limited hybrid flexibility after training, and the possibility of long-term employment.
