Full time Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. For this role, you MUST be 21 years or older, you must also have to have a clean criminal record for the last 7 years and only 1 or 2 speeding tickets over that time period as well as you will need to do a background check to do this job.

In this role you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Also, with this role you will need to have a reliable car or van as you will load the deliveries into your vehicle to deliver during your training period. As you progress in the company there is an option to recieve a company delivery van to handle larger routes.

Pay per stop (delivery) will be $1.50-$1.60 per stop depending on prior work experience. Deliveries per day range from 100 stops to 190 stops a day as performance permits. Training will also be paid and done on the job with senior delivery drivers. We are looking for delivery drivers to start immediately if possible. Pay is paid out weekly on every Friday via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Use your vehicle to successfully deliver packages to homes. Small cars are able to do this but the less size you have will limit the amount of packages you may be able to take.
• Commit to working a 5 or 6 day set schedule and be reliable.
• Able to have a reliable phone as this will be used to navigate to locations and scan on and scan off the delivery items.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with team lead to coordinate efficient delivery schedules.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently while adhering to schedules.
