Primary Education Teacher (K-2)

to our Team. Here are the Responsibilities for this position:

 Use the strategies of the Virtues Project to cultivate an engaging

learning environment, maintain classroom expectations, and

inculcate the development of a noble character.

 Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that

align with Arizona State Standards for the given content area(s).

 Foster excellence in student performance through helping them

use their strengths and overcome their challenges to achieve

academic success.

 Grade and record student work and evaluations and give students

immediate feedback.

 Cultivate a sense of responsibility among students for care of

equipment, materials, and facilities, and kindness in relationships.

 Cultivate positive parent relationships through personal contact,

newsletters, and Class Dojo.

 Purposefully maintain and improve professional skills through

ongoing professional development, videotaping, and self-reflection.

 Respectfully adhere to policies, procedures and cultural practices

as required by law and established by ACCLAIM Academy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
