Our focus is to represent the community and our culture through storytelling and crafting world-class beer to accompany it. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working Bartender/Busser to help elevate our brand, strengthen our engagement with the community we proudly serve, and grow with our team.

Job Summary

At Sana Sana Cerveceria, you will be the face of our brand to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing beer taps, and ensuring that the taproom runs smoothly, safely, and cleanly. Operational duties include keg and CO2 management, inventory tracking, ordering, filing receipts, and coordinating with vendors/suppliers.

Path for Growth: We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just serve beer—we are eager to mentor a team member who is interested in learning brewery operations and eventually transitioning into a brewing role.

Every team member at Sana Sana focuses on excellent customer service, holds a strong knowledge of beer, appropriately handles orders, and collaborates with the team to ensure a successful day, every day.

Part-time position available with open availability.

What We’re Looking For

Interest in Brewing & Growth: A strong desire to learn the craft of beer production with an interest in eventually transitioning into a brewing role. Would also assists in distribution/deliveries.

Experience: Previous bartending experience is preferred, but you must have a strong passion for the role and a willingness to learn.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with guests and team members in a positive, effective manner.

Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated dedication to your role, with a proactive approach to all tasks and responsibilities.

Dependability: Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to being present for your shifts.

Positive Attitude: An enthusiastic approach to your work, your team, and our guests.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs.Capable of handling the physical demands of brewery labor (standing, squatting, walking, carrying, lifting, seeing, and listening). Clean driving record.

Open Availability (Weekday Mornings/Nights and Weekends).

Bilingual (Spanish/English).
