What You'll Own

• Full operational leadership of daily hotel activities
• Driving performance against budget and hitting revenue/profitability goals
• Guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand standards
• Hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling your team — building a crew that shows up and delivers
• Local sales and marketing efforts to keep rooms filled and rates competitive
• Pricing strategy — reading the comp set and adjusting to stay ahead
• Property inspections and hands-on quality control
• Monthly performance reviews with Corporate

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience managing a limited-service hotel
• A track record of ownership — you follow through, you don't wait to be told
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where priorities shift daily
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business preferred (not required for the right experience)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000/year, based on experience and property
