Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Executive Chef for a high-volume upscale steakhouse concept in the Phoenix market. This individual will lead all culinary operations while maintaining elevated food quality, operational excellence, and a strong team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all BOH operations, kitchen execution, and culinary standards
• Lead, coach, and mentor culinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen profitability
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• 8+ years of culinary leadership experience in upscale dining environments
• Steakhouse or high-volume fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial and operational management background
• Proven ability to lead and develop successful culinary teams
• Hands-on and service-driven leadership approach
