M Culinary Concepts is searching for the next fun and enthusiastic Model Bartender who is ready for a challenge working with the premier off-premises caterer in the southwest.

Join us for some of Arizona’s most exciting special events, including Innings Festival, Arizona Bike Week, and more! We are seeking professional, experienced Model Bartenders to represent our brand at high-profile events across the state. Model Bartenders deliver exceptional guest experiences through polished presentation, efficient service, and strict adherence to Arizona alcohol compliance standards.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy event environments and take pride in professionalism, accuracy, and guest engagement.

What we need from you

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently while following all Arizona liquor laws and company alcohol compliance policies. Verify valid 21+ identification and wristbands prior to service, use approved measuring tools for all pours, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

Provide friendly, professional guest service, monitor guest consumption responsibly, and work collaboratively with barbacks, cocktail servers, and event leadership to support seamless bar operations from setup through breakdown.
