Essential Functions

• Lead and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional service at the Bell Desk, from hiring to coaching.
• Become the face of our lobby, ensuring it reflects the warmth and luxury of our resort.
• Coordinate grand arrivals and departures, ensuring each guest feels uniquely valued.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all guest services.
• Manage intricate logistics, including valet operations and room deliveries, with precision and care.
• Uphold and elevate our AAA Four Diamond Standards through diligent management and strategic foresight.
• Champion our resort’s safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards, ensuring peace of mind for all.

Who We Are Looking For

A professional with a flair for leadership and a passion for service excellence. You should have a solid background in resort or hotel management, equipped with a college degree and at least two years in a similar role. A clean driving record and the ability to embody our core values while managing diverse teams is essential.
