Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
Manage and lead a team of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor, supplies, and equipment, to meet budgetary goals.
Maintain and enhance the reputation of the hotel and brand through exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Foster a positive work environment for all hotel staff, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services are delivered to the hotel.
Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for the hospitality industry.
Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on hotel performance, including financials, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
Continuously seek ways to improve hotel operations, processes, and services to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Represent the hotel and brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
