Humanizing Recruitment by focusing on Candidate Retention, Role Alignment, Cost Efficiency, KPI Metric Data AnalyticsOur client is an established Semiconductor Manufacturing facility in the North Phoenix AZ vicinity, and they are seeking multiple experienced Engineers to join the Facilities team in building the foundation for the new manufacturing facilities, industrial work, and field engineering with up to 2.1M square feet for a site, and buildings up to 600k square feet.

Position Summary

Seeking multiple Facility & Manufacturing Engineers who are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facility systems to include UPW, Water, Mechanical, HVAC, Controls, Piping, etc. These Engineers must accurately and reliably build to follow standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

This role supports the OSAT factory/site in North Peoria, AZ.Engineers with experience in any of:UPW, Water/ Wastewater, Gas/Chem, Mechanical, HVAC, Controls, Process Piping, Fire

Position Overview

Work with GC's and trades to guide them in the construction and building of this facility over the next 4 years, establish new SOPs, and build a new team of engineers and technicians as an industry leaderManage automatic control systems for efficiency, issue resolution, monitor system performance, and propose improvements.

Manage inventory of main tools, instruments, and materials, and order them in a timely manner when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, regularly inspect the condition of equipment, establish maintenance plans, and be able to troubleshoot issues.

Develop system documentation, including PM work plans, operating instructions, contingency plans, and training materials.

Manage permitting procedures for equipment installation and operation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Manage the utility supply procedures required for the production line while optimizing energy use and reducing waste, ensuring stable supply by adhering to each utility's specifications.

Clearly define the project requirements and prepare bid documents to include the project's scope, schedule, budget, and technical specifications to ensure the selection of suitable contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering3+ years' experience with maintenance and process systems, working in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in operation of industrial and/or commercial processing equipment, semiconductor preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards, codes and regulations, and the ability to apply to maintenance operation of the site's mechanical systems.
• Additional facility responsibilities in the construction and management of a new semiconductor manufacturing facility.
