Position Overview

Arizona Professional Excavating LLC is seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from estimating through field completion, including take-offs and bids, daily field coordination, crew supervision, change tracking, schedule, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil construction take-offs, bids, and project estimates.
• Coordinate daily field schedules and project activities.
• Managing sub-contractors.
• Order project materials and track change orders throughout the job.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role managing multiple civil construction projects at the same time; .
• Technical skills: Proficiency with takeoff software, Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
• Professional skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organization, and effective time management.
• License: CDL preferred but not required.
