Game Design & Development Trainer (Arabic Speaker)

Ascend Esports is looking for an energetic Game Design & Development Trainer to teach and mentor students in game design, game development, and emerging technologies across schools, bootcamps, and our training academy.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exciting Game Design & Game Development classes for students from Grade 1–12.
• Teach using UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite), Unreal Engine, and Minecraft Education Edition.
• Guide students through real-world game development projects.
• Teach game mechanics, level design, character creation, UI/UX, and gameplay systems.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving through project-based learning.
• Create engaging lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Represent Ascend Esports professionally during school programs, workshops, bootcamps, and events.
• Stay updated with the latest gaming technologies and industry trends.

We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Game Design, Multimedia, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, game development, or working with children.
• Hands-on experience with UEFN and/or Unreal Engine.
• Passion for gaming and education.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Required).
• Willingness to travel across the UAE when required.
