Senior Marketing & Communications- Venture Capital (role based in UAE)

A tier 1 UAE-based investment manager is looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications professional to lead the function. This role will report directly to one of the Senior Partners. The firm manages significant AUM and invests across multiple asset classes, including venture capital.

This role will suit someone with strong regional connections in the media & comms space, ideally with a good understanding of the tech and investment sectors.

Brief role overview

Strategy & Brand

Develop and lead the marketing communications and PR strategy, ensuring a consistent brand narrative and advising leadership on communications and thought leadership opportunities.

Media Relations & PR

Build strong media and agency relationships, manage press outreach, media inquiries, and crisis communications to enhance and protect the firm's reputation.

Content & Channels

Oversee content strategy across digital, social, web, and traditional channels, delivering engaging, on-brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

Plan and execute events, support internal communications, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure aligned messaging and increased brand visibility.

Measurement & Operations

Track communications performance, manage budgets, and monitor industry trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

Significant marketing, communications or PR experience, strong media relationships, excellent content and project management skills, and the ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
