Senior Architect — Data Centre Design

Location: United Arab Emirates

We are hiring a Senior Architect to lead architectural design of mission-critical Data Centre facilities, from concept and schematic design through detailed design and IFC documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for Data Centre facilities (white space, support areas, security zoning)
• Produce schematic and detailed design packages, specifications, and BIM deliverables (ISO 19650 environment)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and security disciplines; support authority approvals in the UAE

Requirements

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
• Minimum 15 years' experience, preferably in Data Centre, industrial, or mission-critical facility design
• Proficiency in BIM workflows (Revit, LOD 400 deliverables); knowledge of ANSI/TIA-942 space planning principles preferred
• LEED AP or equivalent sustainability credential an advantage
