As a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you’ll create visually compelling designs and dynamic motion graphics that bring brands, campaigns, and stories to life. From brand identities and integrated campaigns to digital experiences, presentations, social content, and event visuals, you’ll combine exceptional design with engaging animation to create work that informs, inspires, and leaves a lasting impression.

Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Communications, Digital, and Production teams, you’ll help shape ideas from concept through final execution while ensuring every visual reflects the highest creative standards.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative designer who is equally confident designing static visual communications and bringing them to life through motion.

This role combines advanced graphic design with professional motion design, supporting integrated campaigns for government entities, global brands, cultural organisations, and corporate clients. You’ll work across branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, presentations, video productions, events, and corporate communications.

You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, Communications specialists, Producers, and Client Services teams to transform ideas into visually engaging and strategically effective creative solutions.

As a senior member of the Creative team, you’ll also help maintain creative excellence, mentor junior designers, and contribute to concept development throughout the creative process.

What You Will Do

Creative Concept Development

• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
• Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Develop creative directions alongside Creative Directors and Strategists.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients when required.

Graphic Design

• Design branding, campaign visuals, advertising materials, digital assets, publications, presentations, social media content, event graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Develop visual identities that maintain consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and creative objectives.

Motion Design & Animation

• Create engaging 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and video productions.
• Animate campaign assets, logos, typography, illustrations, infographics, and branded content.
• Produce animated promotional content, explainer videos, event visuals, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Production teams to integrate motion graphics into video content.
• Apply animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling to enhance audience engagement.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Copywriters to combine strong visual communication with compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with Strategy to ensure creative work supports campaign objectives.
• Partner with Communications, Digital, and Production teams throughout campaign delivery.
• Support Client Services during creative presentations and revisions.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.

Quality & Creative Leadership

• Maintain exceptional creative quality across all deliverables.
• Review work for consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Mentor and support junior designers by providing constructive feedback and creative guidance.
• Stay up to date with design trends, animation techniques, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Help continuously improve creative processes and standards within the department.

You Will Probably Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design within a creative, branding, or integrated marketing agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design and motion design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience creating branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent motion design skills, including animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Additional Strengths

It would be an advantage if you have

• Experience working with UAE government entities or major regional brands.
• Experience designing for events, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software.
• Illustration or digital drawing skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience directing or supporting creative productions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools while maintaining strong creative judgement and quality control.
• Experience mentoring designers or leading creative projects.
