We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on providing excellent support to our customers. You will handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. Your efforts will help ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries about products and services effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and updates.
• Track order status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain customer records and order files for easy access.
• Prepare daily reports on orders to share with the team.
• Communicate stock availability to customers promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum High School degree is required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using office software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
