Junior Administrative Assistant Support (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and operational support in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework is a plus Entry-level experience in administrative support, office assistance, customer service, internships, or clerical roles preferred but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication abilities Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online systems Ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
