Our successful Junior Sous Chefs …

• provide support to the Kitchen Management
• ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
• manage the food ordering, delivery, storage and control professionally and carefully
• manage kitchen staff, ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant information, and are continually compliant with standards and expectations
• actively participate in a working environment across departments where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
• fulfil administration duties and implementation of HACCP standards
• ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained through positive connections and prompt handling of any problems
• build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
