Marine Sales Engineer – Marine Division

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve marine equipment and solutions sales targets within the assigned territory, focusing on key accounts and new business development.

Provide expert technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective clients, understanding their operational needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with ship owners, shipyards, fleet managers, and other key stakeholders in the maritime industry.

Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation. Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marine sales, technical support, or business development within the maritime sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for complex technical products or services.

Deep understanding of marine propulsion systems, onboard equipment, or maritime technology solutions.
