Manager - Project(Landscaping)

Oversee all phases of landscaping projects from initial design and client consultation through to final installation and client handover, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and tracking expenditures to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Lead and motivate project teams, including landscape designers, horticulturalists, and installation crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within the landscaping or horticultural industry.

Professional certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly valued.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex landscaping projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
