Job Description

Pearl Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive servicing of our production machinery, including pre-insulated panel manufacturing machines and CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pre-insulated panel production machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Service and maintain CNC machines to ensure maximum productivity.
• Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Install, test, and commission new machinery when required.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and recommend replacements when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and automated production equipment.
• Experience with pre-insulated panel manufacturing machinery is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
