Position: Planning Engineer

Full-Time Position

Are you a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget? Join our dynamic team and contribute to successful project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

✅ Prepare and maintain baseline schedules aligned with project objectives.

✅ Create, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

✅ Analyze project timelines using Gantt Charts & Critical Path Method (CPM).

✅ Identify risks, assess schedule impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.

✅ Monitor progress, track variances, and prepare detailed reports/dashboards.

✅ Coordinate with project teams for effective manpower, material, and equipment planning.

✅ Maintain communication with contractors, consultants, and clients.

✅ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project governance standards.

Requirements

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory)

✔ Good knowledge of project scheduling and CPM techniques

✔ Experience in project planning, monitoring, and reporting

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, site/project environment

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
