Sr DevOps Engineer (European/Arab)

Designs, implements, and manages scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using containerized and OpenShift-based environments.

Infrastructure Management: Designing and maintaining hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) with high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability aligned with enterprise standards.CI/CD Pipeline Development: Building and optimizing automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, fully integrated with OpenShift for seamless deployment cycles.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automating provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.

Containerization & OpenShift Orchestration: Deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Red Hat OpenShift, handling cluster administration, scaling, and workload orchestration.

Monitoring & Observability: Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) integrated with OpenShift for real-time system insights.

Security & Compliance: Enforcing DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance with enterprise and government security standards.

Performance Optimization: Conducting system performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization across OpenShift clusters.

Collaboration & Governance: Working closely with development, QA, and security teams, while mentoring engineers and enforcing DevOps best practices within OpenShift environments. Experience: 8+ YearsEmployment Type: 12-month & extendable contract
