Junior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Track project progress and identify schedule variances.

Assist in preparing baseline programs, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants regarding project progress.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Monitor manpower, material, and equipment productivity against project targets.

Support delay analysis and preparation of extension of time (EOT) documentation when required.

Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual requirements.

Maintain planning records and project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in planning and scheduling of construction projects.

Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of UAE construction practices and standards is an advantage.

Immediate joiners and candidates on Visit Visa will be preferred.
