We're Hiring | Senior Site Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Architect to join our growing contracting team and lead the successful execution of construction projects.

Location: Sharjah

Industry: Construction / Contracting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare shop drawings, review material submittals, and method statements.
• Resolve technical and construction issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/contracting companies.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
