Open/walk-in Interview - Business Bay, Bay Square 6 office 101 Oversee and manage all aspects of inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to negotiate rates and secure optimal shipping solutions.
Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
Monitor shipment progress, proactively identify and resolve any delays or issues to minimize disruption. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding roles.
Proven experience in managing international and domestic shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable rates with carriers and vendors.
