Freelance Junior Content Producer

ITP Luxury Group s is seeking a Dubai-based Group Content Producer to join the Young Women s & Travel group and work at the heart of our fast-paced editorial team on Cosmopolitan GRAZIA Middle East and Out of Office.

Reporting to the Editorial Director the Group Content Producer should be able shoot and edit videos podcasts stop-motions and other multimedia content for our social media verticals. They must also be able to confidentially produce and direct shoots for our still life and fashion / beauty stories.

They must work under tight deadlines and present innovative video and photo ideas that captivate our audience across various platforms.

Be it trending audios on Instagram or viral UGC videos on TikTok the candidate must be the personification of social media trends.

Supported by central creative and editorial resources you will be responsible for conceptualising and ideating episodic video fanchises for social media working with influencers and KOLs to grow the group s social media following and adhere to guidelines from commercial clients when creating branded videos.

Requirements

• Be able to manage different video camera setups on shoots
• Bring 3-4 unique and local video photo and social media ideas to the weekly editorial meeting
• Source appropriate products for shoots by liaising with PRs on deliveries and returns
• Edit videos and work with internal retouchers to deliver images in a timely manner that adheres to tight deadlines
• Confidentially create mood boards and storyboards for photo and video projects to be shared with the editorial teams and also commercial clients
• Work with the Deputy Editors on creating the daily and monthly social calendar
• Work with the ITP Luxury Group s photographer and Senior Producer to assist in art direction across all Out of Office Cosmopolitan & GRAZIA shoots
• Have expert knowledge across Instagram TikTok Snapchat Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn as they pertain to a young women s and travel audience
• Must be tuned into viral social media trends spanning across all mediums including luxury travel fashion home lifestyle photo design & more
• Manage a team of interns and freelancers to outsource projects and tasks to where needed
• Build a strong network of PR contacts in the region to obtain access to A-list talent and exclusive content opportunities for social media
• An ideas-generator eager to launch new editorial franchise across the Young Women s and Travel Group
• Maintains high standards for video and photo content to increase reach and following across Out of Office Cosmopolitan & GRAZIA
• Must be familiar with social media marketing strategies for content
• Build and monitor the success of a social media strategy for all brands

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 years of work experience in video production content creation social media management or related field
• Ideally with knowledge of various editing platforms including Premiere Pro Final Cut etc
• A highly motivated self-starter who can manage multiple projects priorities and stakeholders with hard deadlines in a fast-paced matrix-ed environment
• A strong eye for detail and excellent organizational & time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Be confident and calm under pressure when working to very tight deadlines in a fast-moving digital newsroom
