HR and Admin Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Officer having at least 8-10 years of Experience in UAE to join our team.

We will prefer the candidates who can join immediately.

Key Qualifications for this Position include:*A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*Ability to work in multicultural environment.*Knowledge of UAE labor laws.*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English / Arabic.*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.*Must be able to work in an office environment and maintain confidentiality of employee information.*Willingness to work under pressure.*Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.*Manage employee relations.*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.*Handle HR-related documentation such as contracts, warnings, and terminations.*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.*Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures.*To handle the payroll for more than 400 employees.
