Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Al Ain. The role focuses on planning, launching and optimizing paid media campaigns to generate high‑quality leads for our healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok & YouTube Ads as needed.
• Build highly targeted campaigns aimed at generating quality leads and maximising ROI.Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to achieve measurable results.
• Support the Marketing Department with day‑to‑day marketing activities.
• Manage and contribute to the organisation’s social media presence.
• Required profile
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads is a plus.

Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and campaign optimisation.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Healthcare marketing experience is an advantage.

Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
