Sales Executive (Female)

I Train Gym Premium is a premier, top-rated fitness facility in Al Ain featuring separate, state-of-the-art sections for both ladies and mixed training. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, drive membership growth, and be the welcoming face of our facility.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Sales: Welcome walk-in guests, conduct premium gym tours, and convert prospects into active gym members.
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Actively reach out to inquiries (via phone, WhatsApp, and social media leads) to book tours and secure sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Assist members with membership inquiries, renewals, upgrades, and overall account management.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Promotion Execution: Represent the gym professionally and present ongoing packages, seasonal promotions, and personal training options clearly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Fluent, native-level Arabic is strictly required (for seamless communication with our local clientele). English is a strong plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail (prior experience in gym membership sales, hospitality, or luxury retail in the UAE is highly preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a confident telephone manner, and a welcoming, persuasive personality.
• Drive: High self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in the fitness/wellness industry.
• Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.
