Electrical Foreman (Al Ain)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman (Al Ain) to oversee and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance on construction sites or within industrial facilities.

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in electrical construction or maintenance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Familiarity with local and national electrical codes, as well as experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment, is essential.

The Electrical Foreman will play a key role in ensuring the success of each project and the safety of the team.

Responsibilities

• Key duties include planning daily work schedules, assigning tasks to team members, inspecting completed work, troubleshooting electrical issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• The Electrical Foreman will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, materials are ordered and available as needed, and that communication between project managers, engineers, and other trades is clear and effective.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to train and mentor junior staff, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices
• Plan and schedule daily tasks and project timelines
• Inspect electrical installations for quality and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Order and manage electrical materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate records and project documentation
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience minimum of 3 years in UAE as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
• Valid electrician’s license or certification
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
• Language Proficiency - English & Arabic

Pay: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
