Full-Stack Web Developer / Software Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate who can work across frontend, backend, database, and client implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing modern web applications and installing software solutions on-premises for clients, especially government entities or enterprise environments.

The candidate should be able to support UCS clients in setting up the software, connecting it to their database environment, configuring access, and ensuring the system runs smoothly after deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React
• Experience with TanStack Start
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Ability to build responsive, clean, and professional user interfaces
• Understanding of reusable components and modern frontend architecture

Backend

• Experience with Supabase
• Experience with TanStack server functions
• Ability to build secure backend logic and API functions
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access

Database

• Experience with Supabase Postgres
• Ability to design tables, relationships, and database structures
• Experience with Row Level Security policies is preferred
• Ability to optimize queries and manage data properly

On-Premises Deployment & Client Implementation

• Experience installing and deploying software on-premises in client environments
• Experience working with government entities or enterprise clients is preferred
• Ability to support clients in setting up the software within their own database environment
• Experience with server configuration, database connection, environment variables, access control, and deployment testing
• Ability to troubleshoot installation, database, access, and performance issues
• Ability to coordinate with client IT teams during deployment and go-live
• Understanding of data security, backup, user access, and client confidentiality requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UCS web applications and internal systems
• Build responsive frontend pages, dashboards, and admin panels
• Create backend functions and connect them with frontend components
• Design and manage Supabase Postgres databases
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
• Install and configure UCS software solutions on client environments
• Support government and enterprise clients during software setup and implementation
• Assist clients in connecting the software to their database and internal infrastructure
• Conduct testing after deployment to ensure the system is working properly
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system improvement
• Coordinate with UCS management and clients to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions

Preferred Experience

• Experience building SaaS platforms or business management systems
• Experience with on-premises software deployment
• Experience with dashboards, workflows, reports, CRM, audit management, or compliance systems
• Knowledge of ISO, compliance, audit, or certification systems is an advantage
• Experience dealing with client IT departments, especially in government or semi-government entities
• Ability to prepare simple technical documentation and user guidance
