Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase online sales across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content across all digital platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
• Create, schedule, and publish marketing content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve campaign performance.
• Generate monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and update the company website and digital assets.
• Support product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience in e-commerce and online campaign management.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
