Data Engineer Team Lead

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer with 8 to 11 years’ experience implementing Advanced Analytics, data engineering and Reporting Solution. As Lead Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and managing the infrastructure and systems that enable the client to efficiently process and analyze large volumes of data.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.

Skills required

1. Working with users in a requirements analysis role

2. Hands on experience with Python, AirFlow

3.Extensive use of SQL and RDBMS systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)

7. Proficiency with Data wrangling, Data visualization, Analytics and Reporting

8. Expertise in administering, developing and implementing Data Warehousing using Alteryx and Business Intelligence (BI) applications using Power BI/Tableau/Business Objects

9. Experience working with Hyperscalers, cloud platforms and knowledge of cloud-based data storage and processing services

Responsibilities as below but not limited to

1. Support the development of data strategy and internal processes of the organization.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and efficient data processing systems and architectures that meet the organization's needs

3. Ensure seamless integration of data from different sources and systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.

4. Establish data quality standards, implementing data governance processes, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

5. Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools in the data engineering space to drive innovation and improve data processing capabilities.

6. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues in data pipelines and systems.

7. Drive business to self-enable on the self-service analytics and provide enough support to upskill.
