ADMIN OFFICER (AND HR) LOGISTICS

Our group of companies is actively expanding and is currently hiring an experienced Admin, HR and Accounts assistant for payroll in two of our Logistics Company.

Position: LOGISTICS - HR & ADMIN OFFICER

Job Description

As a Logistics – HR & Admin Officer, you will manage daily HR and administrative operations for approximately 150–200 blue- and grey-collar employees, including drivers, mechanics, operators, helpers, and other transport personnel. You will be responsible for attendance and leave management, employee documentation, disciplinary matters, and general administrative support.

You will also assist in payroll preparation, including verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and other payroll-related records.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to address employee concerns professionally and support smooth logistics operations. Previous HR and administrative experience in the transport, logistics, heavy-vehicle, or maintenance industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including but not limited to employee records, leave management, visa application assisting PRO and offboarding.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll by maintaining accurate attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee data to ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and all HR-related documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with PROs for visa processing : renewal and cancellations, Emirates ID, labour, and immigration requirements.
• Handle employee relations, specifically 150-200+ team, by addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Administer employee benefits, attendance, payroll support for accounts, and HR reporting.
• Maintain personnel files, prepare employment contracts, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to management and assist with office operations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR & Administration experience in the UAE, preferably in the transportation, logistics, contracting, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS or ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
