Job Title: Inventory Controller Clerk

Location: Ajman Industrial Area 1, UAE

Job Summary

The Inventory Controller Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting physical stock counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy in the ERP system. The role supports production, procurement, warehouse, and finance by ensuring proper inventory control and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Record all inventory transactions in the ERP system (Odoo/SAP or similar).
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual physical stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and accounts departments.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and variance reports.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of inventory control experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

• Perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of barcode systems and warehouse operations.
