Receptionist / Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Customer Support Coordinator to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls and customer enquiries, provide administrative support, and ensure an excellent customer experience from the first point of contact.

Person will be responsible for but not limited to :

• Welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate customer enquiries with the Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and other administrative paperwork.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
• Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
• Maintain office files, records, and reception area.
• Order and monitor office supplies and stationery.
• Support the management and sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• related: 3 years (Preferred)
