Demi Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen (Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Grill, Pastry, Butchery, etc.).
• Ensure food is prepared and served on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Assist in menu preparation and the development of new dishes.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants as required.
• Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant, hotel, catering company, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.Qualifications
• Culinary diploma or professional cooking certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience with Asian, Arabic, Continental, Indian, or International cuisine is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
