Looking For: Foreman (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Location: Ajman Industrial Area 3, UAE

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of steel fabricators, welders, and helpers.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.

Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Inspect fabrication work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and store departments to ensure material availability.

Train and guide team members on proper fabrication techniques and workplace safety.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

Minimum atleast 1 year of experience as a Foreman in steel fabrication or a related manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding processes, and workshop operations.

Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication specifications.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
