Brand Manager – Marketing & Growth

About the role

Taif Group is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of its assigned brands across the UAE market. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, driving commercial growth, and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end marketing activities for assigned brands, including annual calendar planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as Creative, Digital, PR, Retail, CRM, E‑commerce, and Sales.
• Monitor brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Lead product launch planning, execution, and post‑launch analysis.
• Manage campaign performance, budgets, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Required profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, fragrance, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking with solid commercial awareness.
